Who am I?

My name is Hermes Daniel, or Dani for short. I am 41 years old, have been married for 5, and am father to 2 beautiful boys aged 6 and 3. I have been a fitness trainer since 2009 and worked as a personal trainer for 8 years.

Who are you?

You are a young, self-motivated, but busy parent, aged 30 to 40, looking to get back into shape, recovering lost strength/stamina and losing up to 5 kg. What you need is a strategy that fits to your lifestyle; a program you can do at any time, any place; and someone that does most of the thinking for you, answers your questions and helps you overcome obstacles. If that’s you, then I can help you, and you can help me.

How can we help each other?

Düsseldorf is a new environment for me. After a break from my personal training activities I am preparing to go back working full time starting October 2024. To offer the best possible services to my clients, I have gotten access to a personalized app, which I wish to test to the full extend. And of course, I will also want to establish myself within the local community as the go to guy for getting in shape and losing weight. And that’s where you come in.

To get my business here going, I am running a pilot program and have space left for three motivated people who fit the description above. While the total value of this three-month coaching package is €892,50 (€297,50 per month), I’m offering it for just €297,50.

If you’re interested, you’ll begin by completing a questionnaire that helps me understand your fitness level and motivation. Once we determine if we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to register and download the fitness and food apps. Upon payment via my web shop, we will start shaping those muscles and burning that fat.

What you get:

  • Three months of personalized coaching through the fitness and food apps.

  • A tailored exercise and nutrition plan based on your individual goals.

  • Progress evaluations and adjustments to your program as needed over the three months.

  • Support and guidance through community interaction and private communication when needed.

What I expect from you:

  • Full commitment to your goals.

  • Daily tracking of relevant activities, for example:

    • Strength exercises, sets, and repetitions

    • Steps (tracked via phone or wearable device)

    • Endurance training: distance, time, heart rate

  • Tracking of your progress, including:

    • Weight, waist, and hip measurements

    • Before and after photos

    • Optional: body fat percentage (if you have the tools)

    • Self-assessments (How do you feel?)

  • Consistent logging of your meals using the food app, adhering to your individualized nutrition strategy.

  • Honest feedback on my services, and upon completion, a written testimonial detailing your experience.

  • Permission to share your testimonial, including your name, age, job title, and progress photos/stats, on my website and social media.
